These information include electrical resources, papers, experimental data, mathematical models, simulations, URLs, etc. Hence, it is necessary to develop a database system to integrate these disparate resources into a single base named XooNIps, which serves as the Base Platform for each research fields. 20090915--> Home News Forum 20090915--> Advanced Search--> Login XooNIps検索 全て タイトル & キーワード メタデータ Article 詳細検索 インデックスツリー open all close all Public 全て タイトル & キーワード メタデータ Article --> 詳細 閲覧数:1881 ID AN00181569-20000300-1008 アイテムタイプ Article このアイテムを表示する 画像 本文 AN00181569-20000300-1008.pdf Type : application/pdf Size : 408.8 KB Last updated : Feb 3, 2011 Downloads : 3720 Total downloads since Feb 3, 2011 : 3720 タイトル Group Mentality and the Ways of Counteracting Individual Deviance from the Dominant Basic Assumption in D-groups 著者 Med HAFSI (Meddo hafushi) 社会学部 版 publisher 出版地 奈良 出版者 奈良大学 上位タイトル 奈良大学紀要 (Memoirs of the Nara University). Vol.28号, (2000. 03) ,p.133- 157 識別番号 ISSN 03892204 抄録 In the present paper, the author discusses Bion's concept of group mentality, and the methods used by the group to express it in order to counteract individual deviance from the dominant basic assumption as discussed by Bion. Group mentality is defined here as "the unanimous expression of the will of the group, contributed to by the individual in ways of which he is unaware, influencing him disagreeably whenever he thinks or behaves in a manner at variance with the basic assumptions.". After introducing some basic Bionian concepts, the author describes some of the most frequently observed expressions of group mentality. That is, he adumbrated six expressions, namely, rejection by prohibition, the "pliers" method, ignorance, negative echoeing, myth creation, and silence. These forms of group mentality expressions are described and illustrated by means of clinical vignettes extracted from D-groups (diagnostic groups) lead by the author. In his famous Experiences in Groups, Bion has attracted our attention to the existence of group mentality, without providing us with information about its forms of expression. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to hed more light on this concept, and its elationship with other Bionian concepts, namely group culture and basic ssumption group. 言語 eng 資源タイプ text ジャンル Departmental Bulletin Paper Index / Public / 奈良大学紀要 / 28号 関連アイテム
