Social Theory of Max Weber Research summary Study on Max Weber' thought, study on the history of Weber's reception into the social sciences in Japan, and the ideological-historical study of Okinawa I have been researching Max Weber's thought, particularly his methodology of value freedom. I hope to clarify Weber's thought through a back-and-forth between the methodology and the monograph. Along with this, I have also added a discussion of the history of Weber's reception into the social sciences in Japan. Together with these works, I am conducting an ideological-historical study of the dynamics of inclusion and exclusion by colonialist violence waged against Okinawa from the Meiji Restoration to the present day, paying attention to Ifa Fuyu.
