For those who wish to attend the ceremonies, we ask for your kind understanding and cooperation in advance in regard to the following points. Please make sure to bring your personal seal (for receipt confirmation), student ID card and something to write with. Graduating and completing students should check the venue for the graduation certificate and degree conferral ceremony for their college or graduate school. The following links contain the times and locations of ceremonies on each campus Osaka Ibaraki Campus Suzaku Campus Kinugasa Campus Biwako-Kusatsu Campus Regarding Attendance There will be no parking available for commencement ceremony attendees at any of the venues, so please come by public transportation. To avoid congestion on campus, please do not arrive more than one hour prior to the starting time of the ceremony you are attending. There will also be staff guides located inside and outside the ceremony venue to show the way to attendees. We ask for your cooperation in following the guidance of our staff for the smooth entry and exit of attendees on the day. Ritsumeikan campuses are completely no smoking. Please also refrain from smoking on the streets around our campuses.
