The building contains officers for the Educational Affairs Center, Student Affairs Center, Information and Communication Technology Center, Research & Collaboration Support Center and the Institute of Interdisciplinary Research. This building also contains seven computer rooms . It also contains the General Affairs Division, the Financial Affairs Division, and the Admission Center. The Nanpukan is the oldest building on campus and has a relaxed atmosphere. Facilities Division 1F 0771-29-2240 Self-learning Rooms 1F   Meikokan Completed in August 1970, in the second year of the school&#39;s operation. This three-story building houses one large classroom, two medium classrooms, and two small classrooms as well as faculty laboratories. Ryokufukan The Ryokufukan acts as a joint research facility between the Nagamori Institute of Actuators and extramural enterprises. Tokushikan The Tokushikan is located at the top of the campus and has a good view of the city. Yushinkan Information and Communication Technology Center Annex 2F Bioenvironmental Building The 11-story Bioenvironmental Building, completed in 2006, houses the classrooms, laboratories, and research labs of the Faculty of Bioenvironmental Science. Three large laboratories with a capacity of 120 students are equipped with the latest equipment and eight video monitors on each ceiling. Thus, students can expect the same learning experience no matter where they sit. This building also houses many other laboratories and state-of-the-art experimental and research equipment available for different research purposes. In the annex there is a tea ceremony room and an instruction room for teaching and librarianship courses. Teaching and Librarianship Office 1F 0771-29-2182 Library The library has a collection of 430,000 books and over 360 reading seats, as well as a group reading room, map reading room, and microfilm viewing room. The video library has 10 viewing booths. Library 0771-29-2292 Hakuun Hall Nurse&#39;s Office 2F 0771-29-2273 Student Counselor&#39;s Office 2F 0771-29-2258 Cafe Yuai (Seating: 150) 2F   Cafeteria LIBRE (Seating 750) 1F   Cafeteria The student cafeteria occupies the entire first floor of Hakuun Hall and seats approximately 750 people. The food is hot, tasty, and reasonably priced, and the large portions are sure to satisfy even the most voracious of students. The Yuai cafe on the second floor seats about 150 people, and in addition to serving tasty snacks, it also offers a great view of the campus and the surrounding nature. Nurse's Office The Nurse&#39;s Office is located on the second floor of Hakuun Hall. In order to support the health of students, the school doctors provides medical examinations and physical checkups, first aid for minor illnesses and injuries, and health counseling. Please feel free to consult with the nurses and doctors at any time if you feel even the slightest bit of physical discomfort. Students, including those who live in student lodgings, tend to neglect their dietary needs. The Health Office provides advice on how to stay healthy during your time at school. Student Counselor's Office The Student Counselor&#39;s Office allows students a place to talk to a counselor about any problems they may have during their time at university and receive support to find a solution together. Please feel free to talk to the counselors about anything, whether it is your studies, your job, your friends, or your significant other. University Hall mi-plaza Maruzen Store 1F Family Mart 1F Multi-purpose Hall 2F Seminar House Seminar House If you wish to use the services of the Seminar House during school breaks, please consult with the university office. Gymnasium In addition to the arena, which can be used for many purposes such as indoor ball games, sports and various other university events, the gymnasium is also equipped with a martial arts dojo, a lounge, locker rooms, shower rooms, and state-of-the-art broadcasting facilities. Baseball Stadium The Kameoka Campus hardball field is an artificial turf field with a bright green outfield. With its high drainage capacity and flexible usage hours, this field is sure to contribute to KUAS&#39; success in the Keiji League. Sports Fields The soccer, American football, rugby, and track and field teams use an artificial turf field that is fully equipped for night games. It is also used for physical education classes. Archery Range (Japanese Archery) Mikuniyama Sports Zone Completed in July 1996 (part of the second ground was completed in September 1999). There is an archery range, six tennis courts, and a second sports field. Clubhouse 1 Completed in July 1985, this building has two storeys. Club House 1 contains club rooms, meeting rooms, storage rooms, etc. Clubhouse 2 Completed in February 1999, Clubhouse 2 is a two-storey building. In addition to a training room with a wide variety of training equipment, Clubhouse 2 contains instrumental music practice rooms, Noh practice rooms, club rooms, multipurpose spaces, meeting rooms, men&#39;s and women&#39;s changing rooms, shower rooms, etc. Student Council   Training Room 2F 0771-29-2215 Training Facilities Multimedia Studio (Hobunkan) In addition to the multi-studio where full-scale TV shooting can be done, the Multimedia Studio also contains a TV control room, radio studio, and radio editing room, from which campus broadcasts are transmitted. Tea Ceremony Room (Annex) In the Hobunkan Annex, there is an authentic tea ceremony room with a front garden where students can experience tea ceremony. It is used for practical training and activities of the tea ceremony club, allowing students to casually enjoy traditional Japanese culture. Other Facilities Computer Rooms There are 17 computer rooms on campus with about 200 computers available for students. Many students use them to write reports. Convenience Store The on-campus Convenience Store provides the same services as a regular convenience store, such as food, stationery, daily necessities, magazines, the payment of utility bills, and acceptance of parcel deliveries. Book Store A booth next to the convenience store sells textbooks, reference books, and other books needed for classes, as well as a variety of books and magazines. Self e-learning Computers, audio-visual equipment, and CDs and videos are available for loan to support self-study of the language, as well as LAN-compatible software and CS broadcasting. Center Plaza Completed in February 1999. Located in the center of the campus, the Center Plaza is a space for students to meet and relax, and is an enjoyable circle that serves as a bridge between learning and play. Green Plaza Completed in 1995, this is a lawn area with an outdoor stage. Bus Terminal The bus terminal at Kameoka Campus has a roof, so it is comfortable even on rainy days. The access time to the university is about 9 minutes from JR Kameoka Station and about 30 minutes from JR Katsuragawa Station and Hankyu Katsura Station. KUAS students can use special discount tickets for a low fare of 100 yen between Kameoka Station and the university, and 220 yen between Katsura Station/Katsuragawa Station and the university. Student Parking Lot The student parking lot located on campus has ample capacity for parking approximately 800 cars. Students can use the parking lot free of charge with a vehicle commuting permit.
