We, therefore, welcome the following candidates with a positive spirit and passion: Those who thoroughly understand basic high school level science and knowledge, are active participants of sports and (or) culture clubs as well as actively involved in the student body, voluntary work in their local community, or have attained various vocational certificates, and are willing to make college life as meaningful as possible. Those who have an in-depth interest in today’s business management and the ever-changing situations in local regions and are willing to study these issues with a high sense of motivation. Those who plan to attain the necessary knowledge and skills of business management and have a strong will to become successful business and industrial-people to contribute to the development of their local region in the future. Curriculum Policy 　The Department of Business Administration offers classes that allow students to learn how to cope with issues facing various regions and those related to current business management practices by cultivating rich humanity and a spirit of cooperation and understanding of varied ideas and opinions. Curricula Organization   The Department of Business Administration prepares its curricula with the following basic policies based on the department’s diploma policy stated in the bottom: Students will learn various subjects in the liberal arts courses in order to cultivate rich humanity and a keen interest in social issues, which would be indispensable assets as successful businesspeople. The second- and third-year curricula continue to include some liberal arts courses as the major subjects. Wide-ranging subjects are needed to become successful businesspeople. We organize our major curricula with both basic and applied courses to fit students’ own interests in the field. In today&＃8217;s business world, presentation skills, communication skills, and problem solving skills to find solutions to various issues related to business administration are recognized as essential tools for businesspeople. Thus, we offer useful business practice courses, fieldwork subjects, and thesis as central pillars of the curricula. Diploma Policy 　The Department of Business Administration confers bachelor&＃8217;s degrees in Business Administration on those who have sufficiently fulfilled the following policies and also have earned the designated credits: Students who have earned the required number of credits in both the liberal arts and major courses. Students who have tailored themselves with special knowledge and skills in business to be useful and successful businesspeople. Students who have tailored themselves with practical knowledge and skills in ICT in relation to business information, business management, and regional activities and understand the importance of ICT in today&＃8217;s society. Students who realize the fast development of globalization in today&＃8217;s business world and its growing uncertainty and changes, who have tailored themselves with skills to find and solve various business challenges, in a spirit of cooperation with others, and the necessary communication skills.
