Since 2020, she has been a faculty member in charge of international exchange, engaging in exchange programs with partner universities worldwide. As part of the undergraduate curriculum, she heads &＃8220;Reading in Foreign Books,&＃8221; &＃8220;Advanced Liberal Arts Seminar in Business Administration,&＃8221; &＃8220;Entrepreneurial Mindset&＃8221; and &＃8220;Global Strategy and Pitching.&＃8221;For sophomores and above, &＃8220;Reading in Foreign Books&＃8221; provides an avenue for students to role-play negotiations based on studied methods consolidated in a business English textbook. Open to juniors and above from various departments, the &＃8220;Advanced Liberal Arts Seminar in Business Administration&＃8221; offers opportunities for students to hone their problem-solving skills and strategic business acumen through case studies in seminars. Furthermore, &＃8220;Entrepreneurial Mindset&＃8221; and &＃8220;Global Strategy and Pitching&＃8221; are offered in English for 2nd- and 3rd-year students enrolled in the KIBER program, preparing for exchange programs with partner universities. These courses aim to develop them into leaders who excel in a global environment. Within the graduate school program, she teaches “Advanced Study in Management Systems” geared towards foreign students. The course entails an investigation of global business management and overseas business development in growth regions, with opportunities for students to present their findings and proposals. For MBA, she leads “Applied Study in Industrial Management of Japan and UK.” In collaboration with a UK business school, the program offers a business camp in a diverse environment for the development of executive careers. She specializes in global management, sustainability management, entrepreneurship, corporate adaptability, and cross-cultural management. She holds a DBA from Toulouse Business School (TBS Education) and an MBA from University of Strathclyde.
